How long does shipping take?

Orders are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production shortly after they're placed. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping availability depends on your location. During checkout, you'll be able to see whether shipping is available to your country and the applicable shipping rates.
